Please note ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and can NOT be returned. We do not currently allow returns for any product sold through this website. You are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions. Therefore, please make sure the information you enter is accurate. Please consult our Size Guide to ensure accurate sizing is chosen.
Exchange or store credit is only available due to an error by us. If you received an incorrect or faulty item due to a mistake by us, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your item) to arrange for a replacement item or a store credit. If we are not notified within 24 hours, we will not be able to issue an exchange or credit. No exceptions. You must ship all items back to us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. We will not accept any returns shipped after seven (7) days and packages will not be returned to you. All items sent for exchange must have tags attached.
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by AMTIOUS, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via a shipping carrier of our choice, of which we will notify you by email.
Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing. Please allow 10 to 12 business days from when the return has reached our warehouse for us to receive and process your exchange. Exchanges may take up to six (6) weeks for processing if the item requires production. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit in the form of an online gift card. You will receive an email notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your email address is available. Gift cards do not expire.

Damage to Items by Consumer
ALL MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO ITEMS AFTER THEY ARE WORN. Please ensure accurate sizing is chosen. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been force-fitted or worn, or otherwise contains any stains, including, but not limited to, deodorant/make-up stains, or has odor.
Orders are processed immediately. "In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. Changes to your order cannot be made during this time. Please ensure accurate information is submitted when making your purchase. We will not be able to change your shipping address, alter size of item(s), or add/remove items from your order after it is processed. Although we do our best to ensure inventory is correctly reflected on our website, it may be possible that during high-volume periods certain items sell out and become unavailable. If you place an order that we are unable to fulfill, we will promptly send an email canceling your order. All charges will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.
Pre-ordered items will ship in the order that they become available at our facility. You will receive an email when a pre-order item becomes available. Please note, if you order more than one item on pre-order, we will be shipping all items together, which may result in a delay. We will not be able to ship individual items separately. If you wish to separate pre-ordered items, we recommend placing separate orders so that items ship once they are available.
